PRESIDENT

Mark Postove, President, joined IAS in 1998. He has held a number of key roles during his tenure including COO and CIO. He was initially named Vice President in 2008, then Senior Vice President in 2010, and Executive Vice President in 2019. He has spent his entire career in the Insurance industry and has been involved in all aspects of the IAS TPA operation.

Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Postove entered the life insurance industry in 1976 and worked at several life insurance companies and actuarial consulting firms. He was also an independent consultant and software developer, specializing in the design, development, and use of insurance administrative systems. In addition to his experience, Mr. Postove has been an Associate of the Society of Actuaries since 1978. Mr. Postove earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Davidson College.

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Heather Bosley joined IAS in 2004 and is currently the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Previously, she led the company’s Change Management Services division for 4 years after serving as the Director of Policy Owner Services for 6 years. In her current role, Ms. Bosley is responsible for oversight of New Business, Policy Owner Services, Claims, Finance & Mail/Imaging Operations.

Prior to joining IAS, Ms. Bosley spent 9 years in the insurance industry working in customer service, policy issue, agent licensing, commission accounting, business analysis, and quality testing. In addition to her experience, Ms. Bosley is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute; a Health Insurance Associate; Associate Customer Service; Healthcare Customer Service Associate; Associate, Insurance Agency Administration; and Associate, Information Technology. Ms. Bosley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Senior Vice President, Compliance & Client Relations

Darcey Signs joined IAS in 1996 and is responsible for compliance of administrative operations, client relations, Third Party Administrator (TPA) licensing and reporting, and Consumer Affairs. Her primary responsibilities are client account management, IAS contracts, TPA license renewals, TPA financial and annual reports, regulatory reporting to state departments on behalf of clients, monitoring regulatory developments, product development, product form filings, policy forms management for policy fulfillment requirements, premium rate filings, legal correspondence, and insurance department complaints.

Prior to joining IAS, Ms. Signs worked 10 years for a large insurance company. In addition to her experience, she is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and an Associate, Customer Service. Ms. Signs earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Insurance from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Director of New Business

Molly Wilkerson joined IAS in 2005 and is the Director of New Business, managing the application processing, underwriting and policy issue operations for Medicare Supplement and Supplemental insurance products. Molly has fulfilled multiple roles at IAS over the last 15 years including Underwriting Support, Underwriting Team Lead, Underwriting Supervisor, New Business Project Coordinator and most recently New Business Manager.

Prior to joining IAS, Molly spent 6 years working for an insurance company and an insurance agent who specialized in selling Senior insurance products. In addition to her experience, Ms. Wilkerson is an Associate, Customer Service.

Director of Policy Owner Services

Randy Doyon joined IAS in 2006 and is currently the Director of Policy Owner Services. Mr. Doyon manages the teams that provide customer service for our Health, Life and Long Term Care Policy Owners. Mr. Doyon has held several key roles in the customer service area to include Policy Owner Service Manager, Lead Supervisor of Life Claims and Policy Owner Services, Supervisor of Life Policy Owner Services and Team Lead of Life Policy Owner Services.

Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Doyon spent 17 years as a Customer Service Supervisor for a Cable TV company in NH.

In addition to his experience, Mr. Doyon is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and an Associate, Customer Service.

Director of Claims

Sue Schmidt joined IAS in 1999 and is the Director of Claims, managing the operations of our Medicare Supplement, Cancer, Accident & Health and Indemnity Insurance products.

Prior to joining IAS, Ms. Schmidt spent 20 years in the insurance industry working in various management roles, for a third party administrator and a large insurance company with experience in group Major Medical, PPO and dental insurance claims administration for their state account operations and national major accounts. Ms. Schmidt’s areas of expertise include inventory management and project consulting for product conversions with a focus on daily health claims operations, with proven results.

DIRECTOR OF SUPPLEMENTAL HEALTH

Amy Dennington joined IAS in 2019 as the Director of the Georgia office, managing all aspects of the limited medical insurance product

Prior to joining IAS, Ms. Dennington spent 19 years in the healthcare industry working in various management roles. She is a subject matter expert in Healthcare Coding, Auditing, and Compliance. In addition to her experience, she is a Certified Professional Coder and Certified Profession Medical Auditor.

Director of Information Technology Systems

Gary Cannaday joined IAS in 2008 and is the Director of IT Systems, managing the Systems area of the Information Technology Department.

Prior to joining IAS, Mr. Cannaday spent over 25 years with various areas of IT infrastructure, including various management roles. In addition to his experience, he is a certified Project Management Professional.

Mr. Cannaday earned a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Systems and Information Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
